Tournament schedule. First day. Thursday July 1st.
Players should arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica (airport code SJO) on Thursday July 1st. A tournament transfer will be waiting for you at the airport. The person waiting for you will be holding a Frisbee as a sign. Look for your transfer pick up person on the right side as you exit the airport. First night will be at the Hotel Vesuvio in San Jose City.

The tournament bus will pick up the players at the hotel at 7:30 pm in order to join The Costa Rican ultimate pick up practice at 8 p.m.

Second day. Friday July 2nd.
Our tournament bus will pick up the players at the Vesuvio hotel at 8:00 am. Our tournament bus will take you on the 3hour trip to the town of La Fortuna in the Arenal Volcano area, this will give you a free afternoon to explore the place. Last year most people in this transfer chose to do a Canopy Zip line tour on Friday afternoon.

If you arrive previous to the tournament and have been traveling around, just be sure to be at Hotel Vesuvio at the scheduled departure time or arrive directly to the Tilajari Hotel on Friday July 2nd. Be sure to tell Carlos about it.

Third day. Saturday July 3th.
Early morning breakfast followed by transfer to the rain forest. We will hike through a private Rain Forest preserve, bring binoculars and cameras to the hike, since there is potential to see howler monkeys, toucans, and other wildlife. After the hike we will go back to the hotel and the playing fields. Every team will play four games through the day, with a by after the second game. Use your by to get lunch. Lunch will be available through the day at the hotel restaurant. Last game will finish at 6 p.m.

Dinner at the hotel.

Party at the hotel with beer included.

Fourth day. Sunday July 4th
Hangover breakfast. Games will begin at 9:00 in the morning. Every team will have the chance to play 3 games this day. Lunch will be available through the day at the hotel restaurant.

Afternoon visit to the Arenal Volcano, followed by a visit to the naturally heated thermal waters, dinner at a local restaurant.

Fifth and last day. Monday July 5th
Early Morning breakfast followed by transfer from the hotel to the San Jose International Airport.
